Throughout August and September we are proud to be partnering with Back Up

For over 30 years, the charity have been inspiring people affected by spinal cord injury to get the most out of life. Their award-winning, practical services challenge the perceptions of what’s possible and increase skills and confidence, helping people and their families to rebuild their independence after a devastating spinal cord injury.

Back Up are at the forefront of helping people adjust positively to spinal cord injury – since support is provided by people who have been there and can understand what they are going through.
