Cointreau’s Secret Garden & The City

This season, the garden terrace at South Place Hotel will be transformed by Cointreau into a vibrant New York-inspired drinking destination with the launch of Secret Garden and The City by Cointreau.

The lush terrace, complete with flowing waterfalls and a retractable roof, will take on the spirit of a cosmopolitan Manhattan bar, dressed in playful colours and stylish décor inspired by the world of Sex and the City. The concept celebrates the return of the iconic Cosmopolitan cocktail, which is enjoying a major resurgence this year following global trend reports highlighting the comeback of classic, retro cocktails.

Guests will discover a bespoke cocktail menu created in partnership with Cointreau and Mo Fady, Head of Bars at Evolv Collection, featuring elegant twists on the Cosmopolitan alongside vibrant seasonal serves designed to capture the energy of New York nightlife.

To complement the drinks, bar bites inspired by Queensyard, Evolv Collection’s celebrated New York restaurant, will bring a taste of the city to London. Blending stylish cocktails, playful design and a buzzing atmosphere, the terrace takeover promises to transport guests straight to Manhattan while offering a unique summer experience in the heart of the City. 🍸
