Two Fields Zakros

We are thrilled to announce an exciting collaboration with Two Field Zakros, a pioneer in sustainable farming, gastronomy, and the very best in olive oil.

Join us on Thursday 21st March, 7pm,  at Angler’s Chef’s Table for an exclusive communal dining experience, hosted by Executive Chef Gary Foulkes, and Will Rolph, co-founder of Two Fields.

The pair will host a six-course dinner showcasing Two Field’s new season oil, harvested and produced in Zakros, Crete. Guests can look forward to an array of innovative dishes such as Red Mullet Ravioli with pickled vegetable, saffron, & olive oil and Fig Leaf, with preserved figs, fig leaf cream, fig leaf & olive oil ice cream, that highlight the flavours and textures of locally sourced ingredients, paired harmoniously with Angler’s signature seafood offerings. The menu with be accompanied by wine pairings carefully selected by our Head Sommelier.

The evening is priced at £145 per person.

Please note that this will be an intimate event with limited tickets and guests will be sat at a communal table.
