You’re invited to the ultimate chocoholic’s dream… an exclusive evening in partnership with Valrhona to celebrate National Chocolate Week 2023!

As pioneers and leaders in the world of chocolate, Valrhona imagines the best of chocolate at every stage of its value chain to create a fair, sustainable cocoa industry and inspire gastronomy that looks, tastes and does good.

Angler’s Executive Chef Gary Foulkes has worked alongside our Executive Pastry Chef Nelson Barros to meticulously curate each dish on this bespoke four-course menu to showcase the finest cocoa and provide you with an opportunity to experience chocolate in a new way. This menu will be served alongside wine pairings carefully selected by our Head Sommelier, Daniele Arcangeli.

So, prepare your taste buds for a unique culinary experience with exciting flavour combinations such as Orkney scallop with Ivoire 35% chocolate, dill, and Oscietra caviar and Quince with yuzu 34% chocolate, cremeux, and bergamot.

Join us on October 19th or 20th, 7pm at our intimate Chef’s View table at Angler, providing views over East London and into the kitchen.
