The Club at South Place Hotel
The Club at South Place Hotel is a gym membership with a social spirit. With fitness and wellness at its core, The Club also includes unrivalled access throughout South Place Hotel.
By becoming a member of The Club at South Place Hotel you agree to abide by our Club rules. Any person who does not comply with these Rules may be ejected from, or denied access to the Club, or may have their Membership terminated by South Place Hotel if the non-compliance is serious.
The annual membership fee of £600 must be paid at the time of joining in full, there is no option for a monthly direct debit or part payments.
Your membership fee is non-refundable and membership is non-transferable to others.
Your membership card must be presented to access the facilities and redeem any benefits/discounts. All bills must be settled prior to departure.
A Member must not lend a Membership Card to anyone else as membership is personal and covers only the Member’s use of the Club.
On termination of membership, for any reason, the Member is required to surrender the Membership Card and (where applicable) guest passes
The gym is open for members from 5.30am – 10pm. There may be occasions where we have to close all, or part of, the gym of which you are a member. We will advise you of such closures in advance, unless the problem is urgent or an emergency. You will not be entitled to a refund of part of, or all of, your membership fees in such circumstances.
Four guest passes are included in your membership and each pass is valid for one use only. Members and guest pass holders must be 18 or over.
Any membership cards being used by someone other than the member will be confiscated.
Aggressive or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and management reserve the right to escort you from the premises.
You must not take any photography or movie shots in the Club areas (including by use of a camera on a mobile phone or PDA).
Lockers are made available subject to availability. South Place Hotel does not undertake that use of a locker will guarantee that no theft of or damage to your property will occur. We will not accept any liability in relation to locker thefts unless they result from our negligence. You should check that your household contents or other insurance policy protects you against any risk of theft.
Lockers may only be used for the purposes of keeping gym kit, toiletries, and the clothing that you were wearing when you came to the Club. The keeping of any other items in a Club’s lockers is prohibited. If South Place Hotel has reasonable grounds to suspect that a locker is being used in breach of this Rule, South Place Hotel reserves the right to open the locker in question (by force if necessary) and remove any offending items.
When booking a stay with us, 10% saving on best available rate is subject to availability and limited to Friday, Saturday and Sunday night stays only.
When dining in South Place Chop House, 50% saving is limited to Saturday, Sunday and Monday dinner only. Only redeemable when dining from the à la carte menu. Limited to parties of up to 8. Subject to availability and blackout dates may apply.
Savings are not applicable in bars or Angler restaurant.
