All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Photo ID matching the name of the reservation is required to check in regardless of country of origin or residency. The cancellation or amendment policy is by 4pm, local London time, 24 hours prior to the day of arrival.

This rate does not apply to block bookings of 5 or more rooms. Book Direct Benefits are not applicable to this rate and can not be combined with any other offer or promotion including The Evolv Collection Club.
