Hotel credit only applicable at bars and restaurants within the hotel and excludes in-room dining, minibar or retail items

Hotel credit is applicable once per stay, at the time of check out, and is non-transferable between rooms and non-cumulative. Separate bookings on consecutive nights will be considered as one stay

£30 hotel credit applies to South Place Loft, South Place King and Eldon guestrooms. £60 hotel credit applies to Wilson, Wilson Courtyard, Studio and Suite guestrooms

The room upgrade, early check in and late check out are subject to availability at the time of arrival and priority will be given over other methods of booking

The room upgrade applies only to the category immediately above and does not include Suite 610 or East Wing

The listed benefits are applicable only on public rates and do not apply on any contracted or negotiated rate

These benefits cannot be combined with other special offers/packages or memberships and cannot be exchanged for cash

Pets can stay free in an Eldon room or above
