Sip, Savor, Celebrate
Campari rooftop terrace
Sip, savour and celebrate Italian-style this September as Campari takes over the Angler rooftop terrace at South Place.
The roof will be transformed into a chic homage to 1900s Florence, infused with vibrant touches of red, gold and white, reflecting Campari’s vibrant spirit and evoking Italy at the turn of the century.
The bespoke menu is perfect for cocktail lovers and will feature the award-winning Montonegroni, created by our very own head barman alongside other classics. Guests can indulge in the Angler signature Vintage Negroni or in the timeless Classico, the original cocktail that will transport them back to Italy, where the Negroni was born.
The Negroni cocktail is said to have been invented in 1919 at Caffè Casoni in Florence. According to legend, Count Camillo Negroni asked his friend, bartender Fosco Scarselli, to replace the soda water in his favourite cocktail, the Americano, with gin.
Make the most of the last of summer and see in the changing of the seasons with this celebration of Campari, classic, bold and fiery.
