Angler restaurant welcomes Chef Julien Royer from the two-starred Odette and mixologist Vijay Mudaliar from Native, 47th on The World’s 50 Best Bars, for two nights – serving a six course tasting menu, dishes include: Dorset crab with nashi pear, wasabi oil and coriander and XL Orkney Scallop with potimarron, vadouvan spices and charred squid.”
