To raise a toast to our lovely friends from across the pond, this Thanksgiving at Chop House, Head Chef, Guy Betteridge will be bringing a taste of the US with a British twist, offering a three-course Thanksgiving feast served with all the trimmings.
Available on Thanksgiving day – 22nd November, expect a bountiful meal starting with Ironbark pumpkin soup with crispy sage and topped with toasted seeds. The main event will feature succulent Norfolk bronze turkey served with an orange and cranberry stuffing.
Thanksgiving is just as much about the sides as it is about the turkey, so enjoy pigs in blankets, young parsnips, roasted potatoes and red wine sauce. Finish off the feast on a sweet note with an American classic – glazed pecan pie piled high with vanilla ice cream.
