Are you considering a dry January? Well don’t worry as we are too up at Angler!
This January we have collaborated with Seedlip to offer a non-alcoholic pairing menu. With an estimated five million taking part in Dry January last year, Executive Chef Gary Foulkes has curated an exclusive three-course pairing menu which includes some of our favourite dishes – including the Cornish mackerel tartare, oyster cream, apple and shiso paired with a sweet and sour short drink, featuring Seedlip Garden 108, shiso vinegar, lime juice and apple juice.
The menu launches on 7th January and will be available until 15th February, priced at £50 per person.
