“The Great British Bake Off, spin-off Bake Off: The Professionals crowned its winners last night, after a series of high stakes takes tasks that took the bakers 11 hours to complete.
Thibault Marchard and Erica Sangiorgi who are Pastry Chef’s at luxe London hotel, The Kimpton Fitzroy won the competition, followed by other hotel teams from Pennyhill Park and South Place Hotel.
The three competitors, who were tasked with creating patisserie spectaculars for an afternoon tea in just four hours followed by a wedding ‘feast’ in just seven.”
