“London foodies will get to experience Michelin-starred Singaporean cooking next month, as three of the country’s top chefs descend on London for a series of supper clubs.
Each night will see a chef take to the kitchen to serve their own set menu, while a top Singaporean mixologist sets up in the bar.
From October 4 – 5, Angler will welcome Julien Royer, the French chef patron of Odette, which sits inside the National Gallery Singapore. Royer will present a five-course tasting menu in collaboration with the restaurant’s head chef Gary Foulkes. Vijay Mudaliar from Signapore’s Native – no relation to the London restaurant of the same name – will serve from a list of five cocktails.”
