“Spring has officially sprung at South Place Hotel as they’ve launched the charming Enchanted Garden, transforming their bar into a horticultural haven with hanging blossoms and vines. Despite the gloominess of outdoors, guests will be able to escape the hustle and bustle of the city to live life in full bloom while sipping on a choice of five botanical cocktails, and maybe get a few shots for the ‘gram.
Created in partnership with Martin Miller’s Gin, the floral sky echoes the botanical ingredients guests will taste when sipping on their cocktails. Each gin-based creation will have the essence of juniper, nutmeg and basil to really recreate the taste of spring as delicate scents of orange blossom waft through. To top it off, guests can garnish drink with flowers picked from the living wall running along the bar.
All of this comes just in time for Valentine’s Day, where Enchanted Garden will enlist the help of magician Jake Banfield to get sparks flying in the dreamy date location. There will also be a celebration of ‘Ginternational Women’s Day’ in March and a very special Mother’s Day screening of Mamma Mia with cocktails and candles, and further events planned for the Spring.”
