“Michelin-starred chefs and world-class mixologists are gathering in London this October for the Singapore Supper Club, to showcase their fine-dining creations and accompanying eclectic cocktails.

Mixologists showcasing their talents include Philip Bischoff (of Manhattan fame, featured here previously in our Mixology series), Vijay Mudaliar from Native and Sasha Wijidessa from Operation Dagger. The latter two will also be featured as part of our Mixology series in the coming months; keep an eye out for their forthcoming Q&As.

Bischoff’s cocktails will be paired with Candlenut owner Malcolm Lee’s Peranakan cuisine in a bespoke three-course menu at Avenue restaurant in St. James’s Street. Mudaliar is teaming up with Julien Royer and restaurant Odette for a six-course tasting menu at Angler, and Wijidessa’s liquid creations are set to be served with Corner House chef patron Jason Tan’s delicious fare for a three-course set menu at Bluebird Chelsea. ”
