Unfortunately due to the current COVID-19 situation, we have temporarily decided to close South Place Hotel and we will not be reopening until 3rd September. This decision has been made to protect and support both the well-being and health of our guests and of course, our staff.

What if I need to cancel or make amendments to a booking?
To cancel a flexible rate booking, please log back into your account on our website. For bookings made through a third party or travel agent, please contact your Booker directly.
For telephone booking please email us on: email@example.com with your booking reference number and a member of our team will assist you. Please note that during this time there will be a longer than usual delay in responding to emails, however we will be with you as soon as we can.
I have a prepaid booking that does not offer a cancellation option, what can I do?
We have also made some temporary amendments to our terms and conditions for existing bookings at South Place Hotel. These changes apply to any non-refundable bookings that you may wish to amend, allowing you to change your arrival date by re-booking later on in the year; up until the 27th of December 2020 inclusive.
Amendments are subject to availability and must be on a like-for-like basis. Like-for-like means the same rate type, same number of rooms and the same stay duration.
I need to amend a booking for someone else?
For guests’ security and privacy, we can only discuss bookings in the name of the person scheduled to stay with us.
I paid with a voucher, what should I do?
If you have a voucher issued by D&D, please email: Reservations@southplacehotel.com
If you have a voucher issued by another company please contact them directly for assistance.
What if I need to contact the hotel?
Despite the hotel being closed, we do have numerous team members working from home who are always on hand to help. If you have a question or query, please email Hello@southplacehotel.com and one of our team will be in contact.
I have already stayed and need an invoice sent to me?
To request an invoice, we ask that the guest contacts the hotel at Hello@southplacehotel.com and includes the following information:
- Hotel confirmation number
- Last four digits of the card used to settle the invoice
- Date of check in and departure
This will be used to confirm the details we have on file. A copy of the invoice will then be sent shortly after to the nominated email address, which was provided on registration at the hotel.
