If you went on Stars in their Eyes, who would you portray? Grace Kelly
Which other company (inside or outside the industry) do you most admire and why? I do love The Maybourne Hotel group, as all of their properties are amazing and service is outstanding, but I also like the Adidas brand because their trainers are great but also a big fan of their sustainability concept.
What’s the first thing you do when you get to work in the morning? Put my heels on and walk around the public areas of the hotel and say hello to the team
Your first job? Waitress in a Portuguese restaurant in Munich
If you weren’t a hotelier what would you be doing? Running a delicatessen shop in my hometown of Munich
Where do you see yourself in five years’ time? Developing or running a larger hotel in an exciting city (not necessarily London)
Your dream job? I love my current job 😊
Something you wish you knew before joining the industry? Improvement never stops and every day is a new challenge.
