The festivities have come to an end and everyone is slowly starting to turn their attention to their upcoming summer bodies…So whilst the ambition is still high and the intention is still strong, here at South Place we have organised #30DaysOfWellness – an array of different events to help you feel fit and well – whilst looking after the mind!
To kick off the month, on the 2nd February, Beyond Body Confidence will be hosting a sleepover event at South Place Hotel, where woman of ALL bodies can come together to celebrate their figures. Tickets are priced at £228 per person and include an overnight stay with meals included, as well as workshops, a yoga class and some extra goodies to take home with you. Find out more here.
Up next is our Wellness Day with Oitoo Fitness, on the 23rd February. The day will include two fitness classes with our Oitoo trainers, as well as a lesson on mindfulness, an Epsom salt workshop – to help soothe those aching muscles – before heading down for a delicious healthy brunch at South Place Chop House.
To finish the day off, beauty advisors from This Works will be on hand to discuss the importance of a good night’s sleep and the effect this has on the body, whilst Flow Water will be available throughout the day to keep you hydrated.
