This October D&D has collaborated with Singapore Tourism Board to bring something special to London.
Three incredible chefs from Singapore will be heading over to London and joining forces with our amazing chefs in three of our restaurants.
In Angler kitchen, joining Executive Chef, Gary Foulkes, will be award winning Julien Royer, owner and Chef of two-Michelin-starred modern French restaurant Odette, located at the iconic National Gallery Singapore.
On Thursday 4th October and Friday 5th October, you will be able to dine on the five-course menu designed by both Chef Gary and Chef Julien for this special event for £80 per person. For the night’s menu, please see here.
As an extra treat in 3Bar we will be hosting Vijay Mudaliar behind the bar who currently holds position number 47 on the World’s Best Mixologist list. During the week you will be able to enjoy cocktails designed especially for this special event.
On top of this, throughout the duration of this period, we will also have some of Singapore’s top DJ’s playing in 3Bar who hold residencies in the likes of Marina Bay Sands.
