Experience an exclusive tasting menu inspired by the pivotal moments of Craig’s life and career – from inspiration on his hero dishes with Marcus Wareing to his first creation at Angler, an incredible dish from his Royal Oak days, and a Masterchef winning dessert to end the night on a sweet note. The night will be paired with a bespoke playlist, personally curated by Craig himself to showcase his inspiration while creating his incredible dishes.

Begin and end your evening on our cosy heated roof terrace, transformed into a fairytale hideaway with twinkling lights over the city, glowing firepits, and snug corners perfect for sipping cocktails before and after dinner.

On arrival, guests will be welcomed with champagne and the option to elevate the celebration with a Dom Pérignon and Exmoor caviar experience.
