Peel

Named after Emma Peel, the Avengers’ heroine, the most delicate of our private rooms features floor-to-ceiling windows, silver birch trees and blonde wood. Peel seats up to 20 guests around an ivory lacquer table crowned by a bespoke pivoting chandelier.

Kuryakin

The boldest of our private rooms painted in red, the colour of love. This rooms is named after Illya Kuryakin from 1960’s spy series “The Man from U.N.C.L.E”. Up to 20 guests can gather to dine at Kuryakin’s ruby lacquer table, beneath a stage-lit Arthurian chandelier.

Solo

Herringbone wooden floors and dark wood paneling give Solo the feel of a luxurious club room, furthered by the dining table transforming into a billiards table after dinner with the flick of a switch. The most intimate of our five private dining and meeting rooms, seats up to 20 for dinner and 25 for drinks and games. Double doors open onto Le Chiffre, increasing capacity to 100.

Le Chiffre

Le Chiffre, our speakeasy style bar is the perfect spot for a relaxed drinks reception or an after-party that can continue into the small hours. This space can be connected to Solo with its dining/billiards table, creating one big party space for up to 100.

Secret Garden

Your guests can party the night away in a tropical, hidden bar right in the middle of The City. The Secret Garden has room for 80 guests and a retractable roof and heaters maintain the tropical climate all year round.
We can also offer our entire first floor for exclusive hire to create a series of intimate spaces for your whole party.

Angler Private Hire

Our Michelin starred restaurant is available for private hire on a very limited basis.

A luxurious dining room on the top floor, Angler sparkles beneath a specially commissioned mirrored ceiling by designers Grace & Webb. Walls of windows create Angler’s characteristic warm hue that deepens with the day, moving seamlessly from day to night.

The main dining room seats up to 90 and a semi-private dining area behind a sculpted screen seats up to 14 with views over both the kitchen and iconic London landmarks. Standing receptions can also be arranged for up to 200.

First Floor Takeover

If you are planning an event to really blow the socks off your guests, take over our entire first floor. Exclusively yours for however long its needed , our dedicated events team will help plan an event for up to 200 guests. South Place Hotel was designed for wining, dining and dancing, before falling into a comfortable bed. The perfect spot for an extravagant party, a business development day or a lavish wedding.
