Sous Chef

We are looking for a passionate Sous Chef who can confidently deliver exceptional, 5 star service to guests. At the same time, our Sous Chef will have the food knowledge and skills to lead the brigade in order to deliver outstanding food and in turn, a superb guest experience. You will work with the Head Chef and restaurant management team to ensure consistent high standards in both service and kitchen management.

Lounge Waiter

We are looking for a passionate Waiter who can confidently deliver exceptional, 5 star service to guests. At the same time, our Waiter will have the service, food and drink knowledge in order to lead your section and deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Floor Manager

We are looking for a passionate Floor Manager  who can confidently deliver exceptional, 5 star service to guests. At the same time, our Floor Manager will have the service, food and drink knowledge in order to lead the restaurant service and deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will have a real pride and passion for what you do, with the ability to build rapport and long term relationships with guests.

Door Attendant

We are looking for a passionate Door Attendant who can confidently deliver exceptional, 5 star service to guests. At the same time, our Door Attendant will understand the importance of being the first impression of the hotel and will have the service knowledge and skills to support the team in order to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
